Need a wheelchair user space? If so, please reserve your space in advance by calling 01260 288690. Our event is held indoors which means that our wheelchair spaces are often limited. They will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and you will be sent a code to show when you arrive.

Getting to the show
The closest public car park to the show is on John Street (ST1 3BP) and is five minutes walk from the venue. There is a main bus station (Hanley) directly opposite the Victoria Hall with the train station being a 10 minute bus or taxi ride away.

Unfortunately we cannot park our changing places vehicle at this venue but a changing places facility can be found at the bus station directly opposite. See an attendant there for the radar key if you don’t have one.
