A trip to the circus is a magical experience that remains with children for the rest of their lives; something that all children deserve – and we make that happen. However, we don’t work alone – we have the support of some incredible people and organisations who make generous donations so that we can offer tickets to disabled and disadvantaged children and their families for free.

Here’s how Circus Starr brings our show to town:

Step 1 – We plan a spectacular tour for children who are new to the excitement of live performance or struggle to sit and concentrate.

Step 2 – Our fundraising team contacts businesses in the area to invite them to support local families by making a donation. For as little as £25 a business can pledge to donate or sponsor our show and can give something back to their community.

Step 3 – Free tickets are sent to children and their families through a network of hospices, schools, hospitals, regional branches of national charities and support groups; families can also apply direct to Circus Starr.

Step 4 – Families count down to show day! Local businesses can share the news of their support or can sign up to our social media package and we’ll blow your trumpet for you!

Step 5 – Roll up, roll up, it’s show time! Thanks to the generosity of donors and sponsors, children and families have the best time and long-lasting memories are made.

Step 6 – We send thanks, and a certificate to each business that supported our show which they can display with pride – they have made a massive difference to local lives!

Step 7 – We use any funds above and beyond the cost of putting on our show to reinvest and make our future shows more accessible!
