We are incredibly proud to announce that Circus Starr has been nominated for the Local Service Award at the 2026 Scope Awards!

Hosted by the disability charity Scope, these awards celebrate and recognise disabled people, campaigners, and organisations who are working to create a more equal society and break down barriers to inclusion.

At Circus Starr, we are passionate about changing the narrative around live performance – making the arts accessible, inclusive, and welcoming for all. From BSL interpretation at every show to our mobile Changing Places facilities, everything we do is designed to ensure that no family feels excluded from experiencing the magic of the circus.

This nomination is a huge honour and a testament to the dedication, care, and hard work our entire team puts into every tour. For nearly 39 years, we’ve been proud to support communities across the UK, creating safe, joyful spaces where children and families can feel seen, included, and celebrated.

We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised in this way and to represent our amazing community.
